A platform is only useful if teams can change it without waiting weeks. It is only safe if someone stays in charge of what changes.

The Platinity client portal gives each team a catalog of services. Within the limits an administrator sets, a team can install a service directly. Outside those limits, the request waits for approval.

Checked before it runs

Every request is checked for missing dependencies, memory and disk headroom, and recorded in an audit trail. The status is visible from the request to the running service.

No direct calls between platforms

Your platform and the Platinity control plane never call each other. Requests and decisions travel through a mailbox, so there is no inbound access to your network.
